Was sent a letter that I would no longer be insured through State Farm because I used my roadside assistance 3 times. I canceled one of those times so only twice?! Due to needing a battery jump (because of the frigid cold weather) before I got a new battery. Must have signed somethibg that said that I would be dropped FOR A SERVICE I WAS PAYING FOR. Must have missed the fine print but I hope your laughing in your office with all the bullies. Good for you."

"My experience started off good but did not end that way. I am not sure what issues this office is having after they moved from Pepper Pike to Cleveland Heights, but my experience is one of confusion and disorganization now. My agent retried and I was transferred to this office. I was ok with the switch because they appeared to be professional and prompt. We discussed me staying with their office after they moved to Cleveland Heights so that I would not have to switch to a 3rd agent. This office was also closer to my home. I contacted the office 3 times via phone and sent 2 emails requesting information related to a change that I needed to make with my policy. The phone continued to go to voicemail, but showed as redirected after I called back. I left messages and them emailed them. I emailed their team and received one response stating that my new agent was a different person that I never heard of. I emailed back and asked for clarification as I had already confirmed that I was not switching again, and would remain with this office months ago. I was ignored in my email and my calls. I them called back from my work phone and they immediately called me back. So, this tells me that they were ignoring my call and emails...But WHY? I asked what the issue was, and I was told "its complicated" and the agent would contact me. Please help me understand what is so complicated about selecting and remaining with an agent after you moved to a different location, especially when this had already been discussed months ago. At this point, I fell like I am being ignored and given the run-around, but for what reason? I will find another agent AGAIN, and hope that they are responsive and respectful of their customers. I have multiple policies and have been a customer for over 20 years. I am not sure why tis office is having an issue with communicating, and ignoring a long-term client of State Farm. I usually don't write reviews, but this situation is confusing and borderline disrespectful to not communicate with a client after multiple attempts via phone and email. Very disappointing!"
